Just tried this and DIED. I love it. It worked my core really well.
I’ll try doing this at least twice a week.
Strawberries, with cheesecake (vegan) on the side recipe
-One container of vegan cream cheese
-3/4 cup of vegan sour cream
- bag of powdered sugar *yes, this isn’t healthy, but it’s cheesecake for crying out loud!*
- Strawberries
-Crushed gram crackers
Directions
-Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, and add in powdered sugar to taste. I would start with 1/2 cup and see how sweet that is. If you want it sweeter add a little more.-Clean berries, and cut off the top and scoop out middle with a small knife.
-Fill center of berries with cheesecake filling.
-Top with crushed gram crackers.
